Membership in ACT provides you with resources and support to enhance your experience and effectiveness as a transportation demand management (TDM) professional. Membership also helps organizations maximize their TDM impact. From networking and educational events through professional development and government relations, ACT members improve their ability to advance the effectiveness of our transportation system.
ACT has 3 distinct membership types shown below. Once you identify the appropriate membership for you or your organization. simply click the link to pay your membership on-line.
All members of ACT automatically become members of the local chapter in their region. Through member newsletters, meetings, seminars and workshops, chapters help keep members up-to-date on state and local issues affecting the industry. Chapters also provide their members with excellent networking opportunities, allowing them to share information and to make new contacts.

Individual Membership:
Allows one person from an organization to be designated as an ACT member. This member will receive conference discounts, a subscription to TDM Review, TDM e-Review and many other member benefits. The annual membership dues for an Individual are $375.
Note: The Individual category is open to any individual who desires membership in ACT. Individual memberships can be purchased by employers on behalf of their employees, or obtained by individuals directly. The individual regardless of his or her place of employment retains the membership.

Organizational Membership:
Allows more than two people from an organization to be designated as ACT members. These members will receive all of the benefits mentioned above. The annual membership dues for an organization that covers two members is $575.
3rd and 4th member is $275 each
5th or more members is $225 each
Note: The Organizational category is open to public agencies, private businesses, educational institutions, sole proprietorships, nonprofit organizations, and other enterprises. In the event of a vacancy or an employee's relocation outside of the chapter area, the organization may appoint someone else to complete the year's membership.

Student Membership:
This membership type allows students who are enrolled in courses at an accredited college or university to join ACT to learn more about TDM. This member will receive all of the benefits mentioned above, however he or she will not be eligible to vote in chapter or national elections or serve in a leadership role at the chapter or national level. The annual membership dues for a Student is $40. A valid student ID is required.
Note: The Student category is open to all full-time students. (Those applying for Student Membership may be asked to submit proof of full-time enrollment).
