Professional Bio
Debbie Lollar is executive director of Transportation Services at Texas A&M University and oversees parking operations including maintenance, construction, enforcement, customer service, marketing and communications, sustainable transportation, and event parking. Lollar was a founding member of the board for the Center for Transportation Demand Management, serves on IPMI’s Accredited Parking Organization board, served on IPMI’s Accessible Parking Coalition Advisory Council and is treasurer for the Red River Chapter of the Association of Commuter Transportation. She earned IPMI’s Certified Administrator of the Parking Profession (CAPP) designation and a Master of Science degree from Texas A&M University. Her passion is bringing people together to develop creative, high-functioning solutions.
