SeatsX has innovated the only ride system in the world that has a legal and intellectual property framework where a ride may not only be bought and sold, but also traded like a stock or commodity.SeatsX has white label solutions for Metro operators, MPOs, Cities to use the market framework for rides and routing optimization.SeatsX also offers virtual curb and congestion management marketplaces for cities to dynamically manage curb and street level congestion.

What are you and your organization seeking to achieve?

Increase city and rural level networked transportation to 70% reach and 5-minute frequency within five years using already existing commute rides in a non-walled garden framework.

How did you get to where you are today?

30 years of running and building trading systems and hedge funds in various markets. Building the world’s first mobile, geolocation-based market exchange in rural Mali, Africa for agriculture products in 2015.Then porting those mobile system, geolocation-based market exchange technologies into transportation, freight and curb and congestion management marketplaces.

How have you seen the TDM industry change?

Mobile based networks (Internet of Things) have created the ability to port highly scalable and proven business models into transportation and freight and congestion management.Accordingly, all of transportation and freight is in process of being recreated with highly efficient techniques.

Where do you see the industry going in the next 10 years?

Non-walled garden technologies creating dramatic step changes in efficiency and utilization by improving equity and accessibility.Market based technologies will increase utilization, reach and frequency by 400% to 500% within 10 years with customer driven solutions.

What keeps you motivated?

Helping people reach their God driven dreams.

What has been the most fulfilling moment in your career?

Each day is a new blessing.However, it is especially encouraging to see a rural farmer in remote Africa sell their first chicken online to a restaurant in the cities of Africa with full transparency at their chosen price.Similarly, it has been special to see elderly (75+ years old), book a ride on SeatsX in rural Texas to a doctor’s appointment where no transport option has existed without any coaching on “how it works”.

What is a great piece of advice you have received? Have you put it to use?

Never concern yourself with how much you have or don’t have.Only count it a blessing for who you get to live your life with. This is how I think each day.Very Thankful.
