What is your elevator pitch about your organization? 

GoPassGo Networks, LLC is a TDM focused solution provider.  Our forthcoming solutions directly address the needs of organizations looking to reduce single ridership with tools that make it easier to conduct operations and integrate with partners (like transit agencies) and conduct commuter surveys to measure their effectiveness.  


What are you and your organization seeking to achieve?

Full automation of the commuter options process between all stakeholders (transit authorities, rideshare, carpool/vanpool, walking/bicycling  and their partner organizations)


How did you get to where you are today?

A little bit of luck, some sweat and a lot of risk taking.  The risk part was a calculated risk as we combine deep TDM experience with even deeper technology experience to create tools that go above and beyond what is needed to address issues you didn’t even know you had.


How have you seen the TDM industry change?

Technology will be the main driver to reaching more riders and we are riding the cusp of that as we go from handling your process to driving new riders to your service.


Where do you see the industry going in the next 10 years?

More options via mobile devices and more flexibility in trip planning.


What brought you to ACT? What has been the most memorable part of your involvement in ACT?

An ACT member suggested this was a place for GoPassGo to be and I totally agree.  Since I’m new, I have no memorable parts…yet.


What keeps you motivated?

The opportunity to help effect positive change through technology.  Our solutions are a collection of pain points deftly answered that helps get past the basics to open up new possibilities.  


What has been the most fulfilling moment in your career?

Working on GoPassGo and developing the concept of Commuter Options as a Service (COaaS).  Everything we have learned, our philosophies, our sincerity and commitment has gone into making this service as good as we can possibly make it.  To borrow a sentiment from a great man, “It’s going to be insanely great.”


What is a great piece of advice you have received? Have you put it to use?

Stay focused on the needs of your customer.  As mentioned earlier, our solutions are a collection of pain points addressed directly, so every feature should be designed to enable them to reach new heights.
