The well-being of ACT’s event participants is our top priority. Here is what we are doing to protect your health and provide you peace of mind so you can focus on networking and learning at the Future of Commuting Summit.
ACT will require proof of COVID-19 vaccination for all participants attending the Future of Commuting Summit.
All onsite participants are required to provide proof of vaccination in advance before being allowed into the event. A COVID-19 booster shot is strongly encouraged as extra protection.
Vaccination credentialing will be made available next month. Stay tuned!
Onsite rapid antigen testing will be available throughout the event. ACT is working to manage the onsite health and safety plan in addition to adhering to the City of Pittsburgh’s health and safety policies – all of which follow CDC guidance for meetings and events. If participants wish to test onsite, ACT will make available Rapid Antigen Tests for purchase.
We strongly recommend all participants to take a COVID-19 test before you depart for Pittsburgh.
ACT will require consent during registration by all participants as a condition of onsite participation. This includes the stipulation that if you feel sick or are experiencing COVID-like symptoms prior to traveling to or while onsite in Pittsburgh you will reconsider your participation at the event.
To help ensure your personal safety and comfort during the Future of Commuting Summit, ACT is committed to transparency during the event. We encourage all participants to monitor their email for communications from ACT regarding any event-related announcements.
Unvaccinated individuals will not be able to attend the event unless they have a medical or religious exemption.
