The ImpACT! Leadership program recognizes, supports, and develops professionals in their growth as leaders in TDM. Each year, a class of 15-18 individuals representing a diverse cross section of ACT members is selected to participate in the 9-month program. The program provides selected candidates a unique opportunity to strengthen their leadership skills, build a network of peers, and connect with opportunities to advance within the industry and within the Association for Commuter Transportation (ACT).

Program Details & Expectations
ImpACT! Leadership is a three-day retreat providing participants with in-person learning, networking and the foundation for career-long professional relationships. ImpACT! Participants will continue the program working with a group of classmates on a project intended to further TDM and strengthen ACT. Leadership training in 2022 will be conducted by the University of Central Florida Division of Continuing Education.
Candidates must commit to the following:
Attend a 3-night/3-day program January 23-25, 2022, in Orlando, FL
Attend the ACT International Conference July 31-August 3, 2022, in Chicago, IL
Attend a pre-retreat webinar and mid-year virtual training
Actively participate in a program long group project
Present the group project virtually to the ACT Board of Directors and national membership in September 2022
