The ACT Peer Advisory Leaders (PALs) is a mentoring program that helps members who are new to ACT and/or TDM develop the skills and knowledge to become leaders in their own jobs, in the TDM industry, and within ACT.
Become a Mentor
Mentoring is a satisfying and rewarding experience and helps strengthen the next generation of TDM professionals. Being a mentor is another way of giving back to TDM and ACT, by providing peer to peer support. Mentors guide mentees through the Association at large, their regional chapter, TDM in general, and overall professional development.
Request a Mentor
As a TDM professional new to the industry and/or ACT, talking to a colleague who can guide you through the Association, chapter, and TDM in general can go a long way in your professional development. Sometimes this peer-to-peer connection provides a longer-lasting network of support, but it is not necessary. Problem solve, make plans, and enhance your career through this mentoring opportunity.
