NEW - On June 17, 2020, the House Committee on Transportation & Infrastructure began markup on the INVEST in America Act. Included in the markup, Committee members introduced nearly 200 amendments to the bill. With much gratitude to Chairman Peter DeFazio (D-OR) and Rep. Dan Lipinski (D-IL) ACT is pleased to announce that our efforts to codify a definition of Transportation Demand Management (TDM) within federal code has been included within Chairman DeFazio's Manager's Amendment and approved 36-27. The addition of the TDM definition language adds to the significant advancements of TDM within the INVEST in America Act (review TDM highlights here).
