US DOT Final Rule on Performance Measures - February 2017

The Department of Transportation issued its final rule on performance metrics regarding CMAQ and System Performance. The final rule includes numerous changes that the Association for Commuter Transportation (ACT) recommended, including a focus on people rather than vehicles and a greenhouse gas emissions metric. ACT government relations representative Jason Pavluchuk will highlight some of the key changes in the Performance Rule and how they benefit TDM programs and organizations.
