About ACT Councils

ACT Councils allow members to take a deeper dive in a topic of interest that relates to TDM.

There are currently seven (7) ACT councils:

Councils are member-driven, and not geographically constrained, and meet at least quarterly. Members can belong to as many councils simultaneously as they wish; there is no limit. Participating in a council (or councils) is a great way to get engaged with ACT and network with members in the same field and/or similar interests around the country.

Councils are led by member volunteers who are elected to serve two-year terms. Council leaders in coordination with council members, develop annual workplans that focus their activities to advance issues of interest. Each year, councils create a topic-specific resource, which provides deeper industry understanding and shares best practices. Councils also host two sessions every year at the International Conference.

To get started with council participation, you must login to your ACT account and select 'Profile' then the 'Council & Chapter Information' tab.
