Driving Traffic to Your Webpage and Social Channels - January 2020
The transportation environment is changing and so is the way the TDM industry engages with our customers. There have never been so many opportunities to reach commuters, but with that breadth comes a strategic challenge of focusing limited resources into channels that can provide the greatest return. In this session, Georgia Commute Options will highlight and share the approach to social media, collaboration with local TDM partners and also share specific results from two recent promotions – Biketober and Telework Week. Utilizing innovative techniques in the social space, Georgia Commute Options successfully increased participation in both promotions during the fall of 2019. The presentation will include information on successfully leveraging social channels to help drive stronger engagement - with owned, earned and paid social content - that reaches both commuter and employer audiences.
Presenters:

Performance data from Via2G, a partnership between Via and Google, and a similar program run with Brookfield Asset Management highlight the benefits of employer-sponsored microtransit.
