SACOG RFP for Consultant Services for the Regional Transportation Demand Management (TDM) Platform

Summary: SACOG is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide an updated Regional TDM Platform, currently served by SacRegion511. The “platform” should: be provided as a website and iOS / Android app; provide information about different transportation options to the public; help users find carpools / vanpools; facilitate trip logging and verification for all transportation modes (bike, walk, transit, car, electric vehicle, motorcycle, etc.); facilitate TDM programs such as guaranteed / emergency ride home, community carshare, transit subsidies, telework subsidies, and other sustainable transportation campaigns; facilitate distribution of TDM program incentives; and be user-friendly and accessible.
