Professional Bio

Grace Stainback is the Community Program Coordinator for the Regional Travel Options Program at Metro, the regional government for the Portland metropolitan area. She focuses on increasing access to travel options for essential and recreational trips across the region. In addition to her programmatic role, Grace leads TDM research and evaluation efforts to inform policy, planning, and strategic funding across the region. She brings experience from both the public and private sectors in the active transportation and TDM fields, supporting a practical, outcomes-focused approach to regional planning. Grace is a member of the ACT Cascade Chapter Board and holds a Master in Urban and Regional Planning from Portland State University.
