ImpACT! Leadership Class of 2025

Projects Showcase
On October 1, this year's ImpACT! Leadership cohort wrapped up their year-long journey by unveiling their final projects. Over the past 10 months, these professionals have strengthened their leadership abilities, deepened their understanding of TDM, and built connections that will last well beyond the program. The projects they've developed offer practical insights and creative solutions for TDM professionals at every level. Check out the video below to explore their impressive work!
Projects showcase sponsored by:
Group 1 - Share Your Case Studies
This group, composed of Allison Miller (City of London), Miriam Leibowitz (Vanderbilt University), Kyle Winslow (Cushman & Wakefield), Olivia Haas (Atlanta Regional Commission/Georgia Commute Options), and Savannah Robertson (Tennessee DOT), developed a framework to collect stories about successful TDM programs. Their project developed a platform and process to source case studies from practitioners across the country. Insights from their efforts led to the development of the 2024 Global TDM Impact Report.
Group 2 - The Ultimate ETC Training
This resource, developed by Andrea Reiter (Western Washington University), Jenee Muller-Thym (Vanpool Alliance), Nikki Washington (Alta Planning & Design), and Pedro Gonzales (LuxBus America), is an impactful training toolbox for Employee Transportation Coordinators (ETCs). This group aims to standardize training to include the basics of TDM strategies, employee engagement, program management, monitoring, and reporting. In addition, their project helps to build the business case for leadership support.
Group 3 - Diving into the Deep End of the ACT Member Mind
This project, developed by Indigo Larson (Commute Options), Kat Regnier (ICF), Lesley Goldberg (Arcadis), and Luke Van Denend (AECOM), provides a follow-up to an employer benchmarking survey launched in 2016 by Best Workplaces for Commuters in partnership with ACT.
The initial survey collected close to 100 usable responses, and this group's goal was to update it, analyze results, and reflect upon the current state of employee commute programs.
