The TDM Forum is a unique learning and sharing opportunity for transportation industry experts, TDM professionals, stakeholders, new thinkers, and skilled practitioners who strive to make their communities more sustainable, equitable, and accessible. Participants will spend two days discussing innovative initiatives and policies, and learning about nation-leading programs within track-based learning.
Through these tracks, participants will hear from subject matter experts, gather inspiring stories and experiences from innovative organizations and programs, and explore creative interventions and ideas with others dedicated to creating a better journey for everyone.

Stay in the ACT Room Block
ACT has negotiated a discounted room block at the Renaissance Minneapolis Hotel, The Depot, and we ask all attendees to book within it. When we contract these rooms, ACT takes on financial responsibility for filling them. Booking at other hotels, or holding rooms and canceling just before the event, can lead to penalties for ACT and, in future years, fewer available rooms and higher room and registration rates.
To encourage attendees to stay in the block, a $200 room block fee applies to registrants who book outside ACT’s contracted block, whether at the host hotel or another property. After the conference, ACT will compare registrations against the hotel’s list of guests who booked through our block. Registrants who aren’t on that list will be billed the fee, unless they live within 50 miles of the hotel.
Staying in the block helps ACT secure the lowest possible rates on rooms, food and beverage, and meeting space, which keeps registration costs down for everyone. To be counted, please reserve your room using the ACT booking link below. Reservations made through other channels, including the hotel’s main website or third-party travel sites, won’t count toward the block and will be assessed the room block fee.
