Kathleen Grier brings over nine years of experience with AECOM’s Transportation Demand Management (TDM) practice, where she serves as Program Manager for Delaware Commute Solutions (formerly RideShare Delaware). Since assuming this role in 2018, Kathleen has led the program’s strategic direction and daily operations, focusing on reducing single-occupant vehicle use and improving air quality across the state.

Under Kathleen’s leadership, Delaware Commute Solutions has experienced consistent year-over-year growth in program membership and expanded its network of industry partnerships. She has also championed initiatives that significantly improved accessibility and enhanced the overall user experience for both employers and commuters.

Prior to joining AECOM, Kathleen built a distinguished 30-year career at DuPont, where she managed key accounts for the Tyvek® product line. She led the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives, oversaw vendor and partner relationships, and cultivated long-standing client engagements. Her work consistently drove brand growth and customer loyalty across diverse markets.
