Professional Bio

Shannon Riley is TPW’s newest Capital Improvement Program Manager after serving, since January, in an interim role for the Climate Pollution Reduction Grant team within the Strategic Projects Division. Shannon has worked for the City of Austin since 2022 when she joined the Corridor Program Office and Cap & Stitch. After graduating from the University of Notre Dame, she received her Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the O’Neill School at Indiana University. Before taking a role with COA she worked in the City of Bloomington Mayor’s Office and the Town of Plainfield’s Town Manager Office. In her free time Shannon loves reading, riding horses, traveling and adventuring outdoors.
