As the Reporting and Auditing Lead my work is focused on 1) creating, maintaining, and updating Power BI dashboards to provide the client and program owners with key metrics and insights related to commute program participation and usage, 2) conducting methodical examinations of commute programs on a regular cadence for the purposes of data integrity, data privacy, policy compliance, and program integrity, and 3) overseeing our annual transportation survey.
