Jess Chapman

Jess works with the Maricopa County Air Quality Department’s Travel Reduction Program, helping employers across the county reduce traffic-related air pollution while meeting local ordinances and statutes. Based in the sunny Arizona desert, she partners with workplaces to develop Travel Reduction Programs to provide incentives that encourage employees to choose alternative modes of transportation such as carpooling, transit, biking, walking, or teleworking—supporting cleaner air and healthier communities.
When she’s not helping save the planet, Jess enjoys spending time outside with her dogs and staying active in the vintage Volkswagen (VW) community. As a member of a local classic VW car club, she participates in charity events that bring together enthusiasts while supporting causes in the community. 🚗🌵🐾
