Join ACT for the 2025 DC Fly-In!

Be part of our national advocacy effort as we head to Washington, DC to meet with Congressional staff and advance ACT’s policy priorities ahead of the upcoming surface transportation reauthorization.

This year’s Fly-In will include:

Meetings with key members of Congress and their staff
A meeting with the U.S. Department of Transportation staff
A press event spotlighting Transportation Demand Management (TDM) and the legislation ACT is championing

Participating in the Fly-In is a powerful opportunity to showcase the real-world impact of your TDM programs and engage directly with your Congressional delegation. ACT staff and our government relations team will support you every step of the way, from scheduling meetings to providing talking points. Experienced members and trained staff will accompany participants to help ensure every meeting is a success.

Additional details

Please note that ACT will not have a hotel room block. We suggest you stay near the Capitol - areas like Capitol Hill, NoMa, and Union Station. Smith Garson's office (where we will meet prior to our day of meetings) is located just off the Union Station stop on the Red Line of the DC Metro.
