Bern Grush is a transportation systems expert and Executive Director of the Urban Robotics Foundation in Toronto, Canada. With decades of experience in transportation innovation, Grush has founded technology companies focused on road pricing, autonomous systems, and geographic systems design. He has also developed patents and technologies related to autonomous road tolling and parking, and contributes to research on future mobility. He holds degrees in Human Factors Psychology and Systems Design Engineering.

Andrew Miller, Ph.D. is Principal at Paladin Consulting, where he researches AI governance and mobility innovation. He has experience in both the public and private sectors, including work at Sidewalk Labs (Alphabet/Google) and in government transport policy. Miller also writes the Changing Lanes newsletter on the future of transport and holds advanced degrees from Yale and Johns Hopkins Universities.
