The session will examine how organizations are moving away from fragmented, manual transport operations toward centralized, technology-led mobility ecosystems that deliver better control, scalability, employee experience, compliance, and sustainability outcomes.

Panelist:

  • Deepesh Agarwal - Moderator (CEO & Co Founder MoveInSync)
  • Esteban Sanchez (Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer, Commutifi)

Meet the speakers

Deepesh Agarwal
An engineer from IIT (Banaras Hindu University) and an MBA from the Indian School of Business. During his stint at Motorola, he worked with the US Department of Transportation to develop MOTODRIVE, a solution that made cars intelligent by avoiding collisions and performing traffic management.

While the project never took off, this motivated Deepesh to create a reliable, safe, and sustainable platform for shared employee commute. Thus, MoveInSync was born.

When not enjoying a hot cup of filter coffee, he engages in conversations or watches biographies on Netflix.

Esteban Sanchez
Esteban Sanchez is a three-time founder and recognized Forbes 30 Under 30 entrepreneur. As Chief Technology Officer at Commutifi, Esteban spearheads innovation, technology development, and strategic partnerships globally. With 15 years of experience in technology, product engineering, and urban planning, Esteban is dedicated to building livable cities through safe, clean, and efficient transportation.

Rachel Drapeau
Rachel has been with Meta since May 2018 and is part of the Global Transportation Team, focusing on business management and operational excellence for transportation initiatives. Her professional background combines logistics, business operations, and cross-functional collaboration to support Meta's global workforce.

This discussion will explore:

  • Why enterprises are increasingly moving towards centralized mobility platforms to manage employee commute operations at scale
  • The role of data visibility and real-time insights in driving operational control, compliance, and cost efficiency
  • How platform-led mobility models are improving employee experience, reliability, and consistency across daily commutes
  • The impact of intelligent automation and AI in enhancing planning accuracy, responsiveness to disruptions, and scalability of commute programs
  • Technology & Support Realities:
  • What are the current technology, support, and customization challenges enterprises face while modernizing commute systems—why “one-size-fits-all” platforms often fall short in complex, transitional enterprise environments

Future Outlook: As enterprise mobility systems evolve over the next 3–5 years, what should organizations prioritize, what should they avoid, and how can data, AI, and platform-led mobility, supported by the right technology and service models, enable a future-ready, scalable, and sustainable employee commute ecosystem.
