An inside look at what to expect in Denver

General News,
Hear from the International Conference Planning Committee

ACT's 38th Annual International Conference is shaping up to be one of the biggest and best ever, but you don't have to take our word for it. Read below to hear from the conference planning committee and its co-chairs about all you can look forward to!

What Co-Chairs Jamie Gaskill and Clark Rider are looking forward to

The ACT International Conference is one of my favorite events of the year and we are thrilled to feature some of the best that Colorado has to offer at the Denver conference. This year’s event will be unique because not only will you have the opportunity to learn from people across the country via the sessions, but you can also get out and experience the transportation systems and programs personally through mobile sessions and tours.

With the new mobile sessions, we’ll take the learning outside into the city of Denver. Through the tours you can travel to nearby destinations in the region such as Fort Collins, Boulder or Idaho Springs to have some fun, network with colleagues and experience what makes those areas outstanding places to live, work, play and visit. We look forward to seeing you in August in the mile high city!

The Rocky Mountain ACT Chapter is looking forward to welcoming you to Denver and the front range of Colorado! Every year, the ACT International Conference is an amazing opportunity to learn about the latest approaches to TDM and to see and experience them in a new local context. But for me, the opportunity to connect with old friends and new and learn from others leading the charge on key transportation issues is what makes the conference so invaluable.  I can’t wait to see you all!
