ACT is thrilled to introduce a brand-new International Conference Planning Committee! This is an exciting opportunity for members with a passion for event planning to help shape our flagship annual conference, no matter where you're located.
|
Here's how it works:
|
The International Conference Planning Committee will lead the core elements that make our conference exceptional: program development, keynote selection, onsite logistics, and ACT's National Awards Ceremony.
Local chapters will continue to play a vital role as part of the Host Sub-Committee: welcoming attendees, planning and leading tours, and helping make the conference and attendees feel a part of their region.

Both groups will come together on bi-weekly calls from late September through early August each year to receive updates, take on new tasks, and collaborate on shaping the conference.
Because great events are built on continuity and working knowledge, we're asking committee members for a minimum two-year commitment. This means less time re-learning the ropes and more time creating an even stronger conference, year after year.

We're looking for members who:
- Can commit to at least two years on the committee
- Have a genuine passion for event planning, and/or expertise in program selection or awards ceremonies
- Are excited to be part of a dedicated group building the best TDM event of the year — together!
This is your chance to help shape the heart of ACT's International Conference, build lasting relationships across the organization, and make a real impact — regardless of your chapter or location.
