We're hiring a Senior Project Manager – Transportation Demand Management (TDM)!
📍 Location: San Francisco Bay Area or Sacramento, CA
💰 Salary: $145,000–$170,000 + benefits, bonus opportunities, and profit sharing
Galloway & Company is growing its National TDM Practice, and we're looking for an experienced professional who will bring more than technical expertise. We're looking for a people leader who can build strong teams, mentor employees, manage workloads, and inspire others to succeed.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead meaningful mobility projects, develop lasting client relationships, and help shape the future of our growing West Coast team.
What we're looking for:
- Proven people management and leadership skills — experience coaching, mentoring, developing, and holding team members accountable while fostering a collaborative, supportive environment.
- 10+ years of consulting experience, with demonstrated success managing multiple projects, budgets, staffing, and client relationships.
- Experience in TDM, mobility planning, transportation programs, or related consulting fields.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, business development, and relationship-building skills.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for helping people and teams grow.
