What's new with the ImpACT! Leadership cohort?
Our 2025 ImpACT! Leadership cohort is hard at work buttoning up their group projects. After months of industry learning, networking, and skill-building, it's almost time for them to share what they've been building with you. These projects focus on key topics for TDM and for ACT, and if you haven't already, you can sign up for their showcase on October 1 at 1 p.m. ET.
Take the surveys
Two of the groups are seeking responses to surveys that will help them produce their group projects. We encourage you to check out the below forms and share your responses with the cohort. They need your help to gather information that will help them complete their work.
Share Your TDM Stories
This cohort is collecting TDM stories through a survey to help ACT share with lawmakers about the work TDM professionals do and why it's so important to support. This survey is estimated to take about 20 minutes to complete. Stories especially related to ACT's Policy Priorities are key, but all stories are welcome and wanted.
Employer Benchmark Survey
The past decade has brought significant changes to how we work and how we commute. This group wants to get a clearer picture of how those changes have affected worksites of all shapes and sizes.
They are interested in how your organization's employees and colleagues commute to work, what amenities (if any) your workplace offers, and how these factors impact your work culture. The info gathered can help shape the future of TDM.

Now, they’re ready to share their work! Join us for an inspiring webinar as the cohort presents their project outcomes, lessons learned, and ideas for the future. You’ll gain fresh insights into TDM, see how emerging leaders are making an impact, and have a chance to celebrate their accomplishments as they put the finishing touches on their work.
