2025 TMA TMO Survey Final Report Findings

This report is the latest in a series conducted by the Association for Commuter Transportation (ACT)'s TMA/TMO Council. Surveys have been completed approximately every five years since the mid-1990s. The 2025 survey includes 84 completed responses, reflecting post-pandemic shifts in travel behavior, federal funding, and ongoing questions about organizational identity.
