My name is David Reed, and I'm the Founder & Principal of SustainMobility. We're a transportation planning and consulting firm based in Boston, MA, focused on integrating active and sustainable transportation with the built environment.

My team and I create comprehensive solutions and strategies for communities, campuses, and real estate developments. We identify ways for our clients to reduce costs, auto dependency, congestion, and carbon impact, while increasing value, experience, and quality of life. We support the implementation and promotion of active and sustainable mobility products, services, amenities, and certifications. I'm an Ambassador to ActiveScore and ModeScore, the world's leading certifications that recognize properties and campuses for their investments in active and sustainable transportation.

My versatile background has shaped my perspective and approach. I have over a decade of experience leading and advising bike share and micromobility companies. I have a strong business development background and grasp of forward-thinking urban design principles. As a lifelong learner and urbanist, I'm driven by a passion for cycling and creating livable cities. I received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography & Urban Studies from Temple University.
