Lachlan Kelly is Founder and CEO of EzFlow Climate Lab, developing governed workforce mobility infrastructure for large organisations.
EzFlow helps employers understand how their people commute, establish a defensible baseline, identify practical mobility opportunities, measure what changes and preserve evidence for management and Scope 3 reporting.
The work spans employee commuting, parking and site access, shared mobility, arrival patterns, intervention measurement and evidence quality. EzFlow is designed to complement existing TDM programs and providers rather than replace them, providing a measurement and evidence layer underneath the work employers are already doing.
Lachlan has more than 25 years of experience across defence, mining, government and major infrastructure and is currently developing EzFlow’s U.S. market presence through the ACT network.
