Tobi Otulana

Tobi is a Project Planner in Toole Design’s Raleigh office. She has an interdisciplinary background in sociology and geography and holds a master’s in City and Regional Planning. Tobi brings experience in GIS, stakeholder engagement, program development, Complete Streets design and policy development, and Transportation Demand Management. She is passionate about providing safe, healthy, enjoyable, and dignified transportation options that center people who have been marginalized by their race, age, income, or disability.
