Series description
This virtual professional development webinar series is designed to support the growth of TDM professionals working in complex, high-pressure, and evolving environments. Based on feedback from our Professional Development survey, leadership skill-building emerged as a key need across career stages — and this series responds directly to that input.

Across four interactive webinars, participants will build practical, human-centered skills for managing energy and workload, navigating uncertainty and change, thinking creatively under constraints, and communicating effectively across roles and power dynamics. Each session focuses on real-world application and provides tools participants can use immediately. Webinars can be taken individually or as a cohesive series that supports sustainable performance and leadership growth over time
