FRANK MONGIOI AWARDED THE EXEMPLARY LEADERSHIP AWARD BY ACT

NEW YORK, NY – Frank Mongioi, Senior Director, Transportation & Smart Mobility at ICF, was awarded the President’s Award for Exemplary Leadership at the Association for Commuter Transportation (ACT) National Awards sponsored by Luum during the ACT Virtual International Conference on August 5, 2020. Selected by ACT President Connie McGee, the Exemplary Leadership Award recognizes a member who has made significant contributions to the Association through leadership and engagement in ACT’s Board, chapters, councils, and committees.

“Frank has served  six-years as a member of the Board of Directors,” said Connie McGee, ACT President. “During this time, he has participated in some of the organization’s most significant changes and achievements. He has helped form connections between ACT and outside organizations like the Transportation Research Board.”

“Frank currently serves as Chair of ACT’s Governance Committee,” continued McGee, “he has helped ACT formalize its governance processes that will, over time, strengthen the board and ensure ACT remains a healthy and vibrant organization for years to come.”
