Sunday, August 26
The Carpool Action Summit was back on day one of #ACT26! It was a great way to start the event, and brought new insights, brainstorming, and the release of the State of Carpooling 2026 resource. In addition, we hosted five educational and fun tours, the President's Reception, ACT Leadership Lab, and a special Opening Reception at the Museum of the American Revolution.
Monday, August 27
Monday was the first full day of the conference, and anticipation was high for hours of learning, networking, resource-sharing, and more. It was also Green Day, so you might have seen some fun outfits in ACT's signature color!
Highlights from the day included:
- Welcome remarks from "Ben Franklin"
- A keynote address from Andy Boenau
- Breakout sessions, mobile sessions, roundtable discussions, and more
- Chapter and Council meetings
- Our Exhibitors Reception
Tuesday, August 28
Day three continued the fun with more TDM expertise and memorable moments! Highlights included:
- The presentation of our 2026 Community Sponsor donation to Liberty Resources Inc.
- The reading of Remarks from Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro in honor of ACT's 40th anniversary
- A keynote panel featuring DOT Executives
- Memorable sessions, TDM talk, and learning
- Council meetings
Wednesday, August 29
All too quickly, the final day of #ACT26 was upon us! Though the event was drawing to a close, the momentum just kept going. It was an incredible way to wrap up our 40th anniversary and a milestone conference to match. Highlights included:
- 2026 ACT National Awards ceremony, in which President's Awardees, ACT National Awardees, and TDM Hall of Fame inductees were recognized
- Sessions and networking
- Hands-on tours
- 2027 conference announcement
