An inside look at the state of TMA/TMOs

ACT is excited to release the 2025 TMA/TMO Survey Final Findings Report. This resource is the latest developed from a series of surveys compiled by the TMA/TMO Council. It's based on 84 completed responses, which reflect post-pandemic shifts in travel behavior, funding changes, and ongoing questions about organizational identity.

Since the mid-1990s, this survey has been conducted roughly every five years. It provides the most current picture of the structure, finances, staffing, services, and strategic orientation of organizations in the field.

In light of evolving funding and changing travel habits, this survey provides critical insights about today's TMA/TMO landscape. It features qualitative themes and summarizes real data points from respondents.

From organizational health to services, membership, focus areas, and more, this resource showcases the current state of TMA/TMOs. The findings paint a clear picture of where the industry is at and where it's headed.
