DC and Rhode Island, Fall Into TDM is coming!

Fall is the perfect time for new beginnings, and this season, that means learning more about how your region approaches TDM. Fall Into TDM programming is heading to Washington, DC and Providence, RI, and professionals from the region and beyond will gather for real learning, real conversation, and real results.

You can expect to step away from the daily grind and connect with fellow professionals who are tackling similar hurdles. Together, you'll swap ideas that are proving effective, work through common sticking points, and leave with new inspiration for the work to come.

You'll get straight talk about what's working (and what isn't) from a room full of peers who understand your challenges because they're living them too. These events, planned by the Chesapeake and Patriot Chapters, are truly not to be missed!

Washington, DC (The Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments) | Oct. 7-8

Join us for the first-ever ACT Chesapeake Fall into the Sea of TDM mini-conference held in Washington, DC. For two days this fall, we're bringing together TDM leaders and innovators from across the region and beyond to explore trends, challenges, and opportunities shaping the future of mobility.

This mini-conference and networking opportunity will feature inspiring sessions from recognized thought leaders, member showcases highlighting creative and successful TDM strategies, engaging discussions focused on real-world solutions, and the annual Chesapeake Chapter awards ceremony celebrating excellence in our region.

Whether you're looking to gain fresh insights, connect with your peers, share best practices, or discover new approaches to advancing TDM in your community, the Fall into the Sea of TDM mini-conference is an event you won't want to miss. 

Early bird registration (until September 11) is $150 for members and $250 for non-members.

Attendance qualifies for 15 TDM-CP credits.

The ACT Patriot Chapter’s Fall Into TDM Summit is a two-day regional event bringing together Transportation Demand Management (TDM) professionals, partners, and practitioners from across the Northeast to connect, share ideas, and learn from one another.

Held October 13–14 in Providence, Rhode Island, the Summit will feature presentations and discussions focused on real-world TDM programs, emerging strategies, lessons learned, and innovative approaches to helping people access more sustainable, affordable, and convenient transportation options.

Attendees will leave with practical ideas and examples they can apply within their own communities, workplaces, campuses, and programs; new perspectives on the challenges and opportunities shaping TDM across the region; and stronger connections with peers working toward similar mobility goals.

The Summit is designed to be collaborative and engaging, creating space to exchange experiences, ask questions, build partnerships, and come away inspired with new approaches to advancing TDM.
