Blaine Garrigues
Falon Harkins is the Associate Director of Parking Services at the University of Alaska Anchorage, overseeing the Seawolf Shuttle program. He has implemented real-time GPS tracking which has enhanced shuttle efficiency across the campus. Under his leadership, UAA expanded its shuttle routes, improving connectivity for students and staff. Outside of work, Falon enjoys fly fishing in Alaska’s rivers, where he enjoys the state’s natural beauty.
Jack Kustanowitz is BusWhere's founder and CEO where he has led the development of GPS and location-based software solutions for over 25 years. As a key contributor to BusWhere since its inception, Jack has helped transportation directors streamline communication and enhance operational efficiency. With a BS from Boston University and an MS from the University of Maryland, he brings a user-centered approach rooted in his expertise in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), honed at the UMD-HCIL. Jack’s extensive experience spans software development, consulting, and management, making him a trusted resource in transportation technology.
