What brought you to TDM and how did you get involved in the field?
I got into mobility out of a passion for scaling technology that touches everyday life. After experiences across Disney, Ola, and Kearney, I was drawn to one of the toughest problems i.e. how people get to work. At MoveInSync, I’ve seen how smarter commutes boost both productivity and sustainability. The future excites me even more: AI can optimize fleets, predict demand, and personalize every journey to re-shape mobility into something truly human, efficient, and transformative.
Why did you get involved in ACT?
At MoveInSync, I’m focused on shaping the future of commuter transportation. ACT offers a unique community of mobility professionals and thought leaders who share this vision. As we plan our US entry, I couldn’t ask for a better forum which provides expertise and excellent knowledge sharing, collaboration on innovative ideas, and most importantly a shared passion for redefining mobility.
What has been the most memorable moment of your experience in ACT?
My first event was ACT NOLA 2025 itself. I was amazed by the energy of supportive organizers, passionate attendees, and a truly collaborative ecosystem. I look forward to staying engaged at future events.
What would you tell someone thinking about becoming a member of ACT?
As a new member, my advice is to stay curious, join the right council, and connect with people who share your interests. ACT is the best place to learn, adapt, and be part of the mobility industry’s innovative spirit.
What do you see as future opportunities and/or challenges for TDM?
No single solution can solve the mobility needs of every company or commuter—an inclusive, all-in-one approach with multiple modes and customized workflows is essential. AI makes this even more powerful, enabling real-time optimization, predictive demand management, and personalized commute experiences at scale. The result: mobility that is smarter, personalized, and truly employee-centric.
