This position is non-exempt, with a starting wage of $28.40 - $32.60 per hour, DOQ, plus an excellent benefit package.
- The Outreach Coordinator is responsible for the oversight of the Commuteride marketing program, including transportation campaigns, education/outreach activities and program reporting.
- Directs the activities of the marketing outreach support staff and provides technical supervision.
Previous experience in program management and/or public transportation.
Considerable knowledge of employer-based alternative transportation policies, benefits, and programs; stakeholder facilitation techniques; program management and public relations techniques; fiscal record-keeping and budgeting; Federal Transit Administration and Federal Highway Administration regulations; Transportation Demand Management planning.
Supervisory principles and practices. •
Computer software and operation in support of graphic design and database software
Ability to obtain an Idaho Driver’s License within 14 days of employment.
College degree with major coursework in public relations, marketing, or transportation planning; or any equivalent combination of education, experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities, is acceptable.
