We help large employers run safe, efficient, and sustainable transportation programs through advanced routing, automation, and mobility intelligence. As we expand in the US, we’re looking for a consultative commercial leader to help drive early traction and shape our GTM motion.


Role Overview

We are hiring a US Market Expansion Consultant to build an early pipeline, engage enterprise prospects, validate market needs, and support initial customer success activities.

This is a hybrid role ideal for someone who understands enterprise mobility and can operate hands-on in an emerging market environment. Successful performance will lead to a full-time commercial role.


Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Market Expansion (70%)

  • Build early US pipeline across large employers, manufacturing, logistics, and corporate sectors.
  • Drive outreach, lead discovery conversations, and qualify enterprise mobility opportunities.
  • Shape solutions for employer commute programs and support proposals, bids, and pricing inputs.
  • Provide insights to refine US positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy.

Customer Success & Solution Consulting (30%)

  • Support early customer onboarding, problem-solving, and account coordination.
  • Translate customer needs into structured product/operations feedback.
  • Build relationships with mobility stakeholders and help establish repeatable playbooks for US needs.
  • Ensure smooth handoff between sales, operations, and product teams.

What We’re Looking For
  • 6–10 years of experience in enterprise mobility, commuter programs, TDM, mobility consulting, or mobility/workplace SaaS.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with comfort navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise environments.
  • Experience working with large employers or mobility-focused teams (TDM, benefits, operations, workplace).
  • Ability to build traction in new markets: prospect, experiment, iterate, and execute independently.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to operate hands-on in a fast-evolving environment.

Location: US. (preferably Bay Area, Seattle) with valid work permit to work in US

Engagement: 6-month consulting contract with strong potential for full-time conversion.
