Transportation Demand Manager- UCSF

The Transportation Demand Manager uses advanced operational concepts and objectives to resolve highly complex Transportation Demand Management (TDM) issues. They will have responsibility for identifying and deploying effective commute programs that motivate the University community to choose alternate commute modes, such as public transit, ridesharing, teleworking, etc. They must gain a thorough understanding of how and why UCSF commuters make their transportation decisions and stay abreast of trends and best practices in TDM.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related area and 5-10 years relevant experience and/or equivalent experience/training.
  • Advanced project management skills
  • Expert user of business applications (survey tools), communications applications (content management systems for websites), and general computer software (MS Office)
  • Experience developing communications campaign strategies (multiple and concurrent), including writing campaign content, and managing distribution channels (newsletters, website).
  • Demonstrated ability to convene stakeholder groups.

What we offer:

  • Salary range up to $167,300; hiring range is $110,000-$130,000 DOQ
