Theresa McMullin

An established TDM professional, Theresa specializes in managing complex, solutions-driven transportation projects. Ms. McMullin’s areas of expertise are in employer, business, and stakeholder outreach, as well as designing, implementing, and customizing training programs. Ms. McMullin applies a layered approach to behavior change strategies which incorporate multi-modal learning objectives when working with both employers and individuals. She is proficient in survey design and feedback analysis. Ms. McMullin has developed webinars and training materials for TDM programs to support client and employer needs. As the Vice President of WCES, Theresa supports WCES business, communications, project budget and performance measures, as well as data-driven project analysis.
