Professional Bio

Martin’s interests span transportation systems, infrastructure asset management, and the governance of complex public-sector operating environments. His work has evolved from transportation demand management and travel behavior analysis into enterprise asset lifecycle strategy, systems performance, and infrastructure reliability across regulated environments.

He brings a multidisciplinary perspective that bridges planning, engineering, and information systems, with experience supporting asset governance, data stewardship, and operational decision-making across large infrastructure portfolios.

Martin remains passionate about equitable transportation systems, infrastructure accessibility, and the social, environmental, and economic trade-offs inherent to long-term urban and regional development. He is particularly interested in how governed data and asset systems can enable more transparent, resilient, and community-aligned infrastructure investment.
