Full conversations are hosted on Connect, ACT's members-only platform.

The conversations discussed highlights from their careers, advice for other members, and key resources. Throughout the discussions, one thing became clear - a strong community is powerful, especially one with other women in leadership roles

A strong community feeling can help uplift members and future leaders in the organization as well. This sense of belonging, where you have found 'your people,' or those with similar interests, priorities, and professional experience leads to lasting and impactful connections. This close-knit environment is something that ACT's leaders strive to continue to uphold.

Be sure to review the above spotlights to learn more about ACT's women leaders and the valuable insights they've shared!
